Dr. Jack Tsai is a family physician dedicated to the care of the medically underserved, with a special interest in the care for the homeless. He received his undergraduate degree in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine where he helped to oversee the street medical outreach team.
Jack completed his residency training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. He stayed an additional year as Chief Resident and Faculty Development Fellow, participating in one of the nation’s first primary care fellowship with an emphasis on Patient-Centered Medical Home transformation. After residency, Jack completed a certificate in Theology from Talbot School of Theology.
He is the Assistant Medical Director of Homeless Care at The Children’s Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving the uninsured and underinsured of Long Beach, California. Jack and his wife Priscilla live in Torrance, California.
Finally…a christian doctor…I’m feeling suffocated with all this med stuff…I think it is a waste of time while I could be serving God and I also believe that Jesus heals everyone with faith of him as a loving savior.
